Having collected the best working methods from different medical specialties, now I am focusing strictly on lactation billing and am passionate about helping lactation specialists set up their insurance billing. So you get a partner who doesn't scatter her attention on different things and is concentrated on one. I know my business and that’s why you will receive every penny you are owed.
I have managed every aspect of the billing process, from eligibility and benefits verification to electronic claim submission and A/R follow-up. I have extensive experience using different EHR and RCM systems, setting up EDI submission, and handling Medicare group and solo provider credentialing. For you that means that no important detail will be missed.
price: 8 % of Collection or flat fee (whatever is greater)
Bill and submit electronic claims to the correct payers with-in 3 business days from the date of service.
Provide status for each claim submitted. Collect the payments where applicable within 30 business days from the date of submission. Appeal or reprocess the denial within 10 business days from the date of denial. Inform providers accordingly about the received denials.
Monthly reporting on claims submitted and payments received.
Assistance with Aetna and IBX Enrollment
Set up a process of electronic submission. Billing software can be provided free of charge. Additional monthly fee for the use of Clearing House may apply
Meetings, consultations, addressing not related to the collection services questions and or issues, provider-required trainings
